WHY HE IS NOT AGAINST ALL KILLING?

Interesting that in the Pope's message he includes - REMEMBER THE UNBORN

The Pope also made a reference to the Church's total opposition to abortion, saying the love of God shines on each child, "even on those still unborn." But he doesn't mention AIDS, the Millions that are dying in Africa, the other Sick, the War, or birth control.

I still do not understand WHY HE IS NOT AGAINST ALL KILLING.
